Order Processing
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and cleared.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS for domestic and international deliveries.
- Larger or delicate items may require freight shipping. Please contact us before purchase for a freight quote or special arrangements.
Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipments (U.S.): Typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
- International Shipments: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination.

🔁 Return Policy
Return Period
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on most items. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Products that have been damaged, altered, tampered with, or disassembled are not eligible for return.
- For safety reasons, sterile or disposable items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Return Authorization
- All returns require prior authorization. Please contact info@hypertechmed.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused and not refunded.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to a seller error or product defect.
Return Shipping
- If the return is the result of seller error (wrong item shipped or defective product), Hypertech Medical will provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

All refurbished and pre-owned medical equipment sold by Hypertech Medical includes a 90-Day Limited Warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Our warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or accidents.
If your item requires warranty service, please contact us to arrange inspection or replacement.
